2009 Through The Eyes Of Ill Intent!

2009 was an awesome year for the boys of the Ill Clan. 09 kicked in and started off strong for us. We did a string of local shows with Soul Control and another couple of local shows with our brothers, Grave Maker. The ball really started rolling for us... then disaster. I was diagnosed with a hernia at the beginning of February and we had to cancel 4 months of shows while I took off to New York and got the surgery to repair my left abdomen. Fast forward to May and I was healthy enough to play shows again and be in the band... just in time for a show with BIOHAZARD (my all time fav band since I was 12) and RAINFEST! Both of these shows happened and were 2 of my favorite shows to date. A few days after Rainfest, we took off on the road for a few weeks with the band, Crooked Ways. Landed back in Seattle for a little less then 2 weeks and then back on the road again, this time with our homies in Power. This tour had us doing a fair amount of the states and then flying down to central America for 10 days. Then back to the states and touring back home. Took the month of August and September off to write the new record. October came 'round and we recorded that bish. Then I left to New York for a few months. Ill ended the year rockin' the house at the Vera Project and now we are looking forward to another year of fun, shows, touring and taking large chunks out of our life expectancies.
